In the beverage department, it seems like the beverage servers are frustrated with the way management handles things and takes it out on the trainee(s). Instead it was the opposite.įood and Beverage, lacks communication and don’t know how to handle or treat new employees. The whole point of training is to be a guide and helpful. There was no written agreement stating that: “cash tips made are for the servers training.” The least they could do is split it if they’re going to make you do their job for them. Then ,take your tips that you made for them to keep. People didn’t know, who should be training with who, and showed no interest to help, expected a new trainee to work their sections.
There’s no communication on the floor with the management and employees.
